We provide free basic medical care to uninsured and underinsured individuals and families who fall under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. No insurance is required, and we serve all our community residents.

Do I need to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

We primarily accept walk-ins on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Because schedule adjustments can happen based on volunteer availability, we highly recommend checking our website alerts or calling ahead to confirm our hours before your visit.

What should I bring to my first clinic visit?

Please bring a valid photo ID (any government-issued ID or passport is accepted) and a list of any current medications or supplements you are taking. If you have recent medical records or lab results from another facility, please bring copies with you.

How long does it take for Unity Clinic of Texas to acknowledge a donation?

It takes two weeks normally to send receipts for donations received. In some cases, it may take up to a month due to delay at the bank for confirmation of credit (especially for foreign checks) to the Clinic.
